We are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our Fire Suppression and Production Systems division. This is a pivotal role for a driven individual with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, project leadership, and technical oversight. You will manage a diverse team across the UK, India, and Vietnam, delivering high-quality mechanical solutions including CAFS, INERT fire suppression systems, HPU, and chemical injection packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects to meet budget and quality targets
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Build strong client relationships and respond to feedback professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across engineering processes
- Develop strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to regulations
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental best practices
- Ability to travel outside of the UK as needed. (2-3 trips per year)

- Experience in the oil and gas industry
