In this role you will work, collaboratively, with other Engineering disciplines, Programs, Production, Quality and Supply Chain to develop an integrated execution plan and satisfy documentation requirements across applicable operating conditions.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
What You Will Do:
Work collaboratively with other Engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Mechanical, and Electrical), Programs, Production, Quality and Supply Chain to develop an integrated execution plan and satisfy customer requirements across applicable operating conditions.
Track Change Requests and secure committed closure dates from approvers to ensure timely approvals.
Execute and send Change Request (CR) reports on a weekly basis.
Support internal/ external meetings to share status, metrics, technical information, gather concurrence on changes, etc.
Manage programs metrics to ensure accurate and timely updates to internal and external customers.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and connect all employees with experiences to make our business better.
Write and update standard work documents.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Experience creating, updating documentation and follow ups
Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
Qualifications We Prefer:
Technical writing experience
Ability to read and understand technical processes
Understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing process
Practice experience working with the shared support of engineering, operations, records, and drafting
Interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications
Experience/knowledge in SAP, TEAMCENTER, PLM, Configuration Management / Data Management, SharePoint
