Job Summary

Coordinating with various departments to create Alarms, Work Instructions (WI), up-to-date work processes and support shift employees to quick problem resolution. Analysis, follow up IT incident and collaborate with operations to fix root cause. Check alarm new node to ensure compliance with standards and revise alarms effectively. Create an automated system to reduce action time effectively and create reports to collaborate operation analyze problems and reduce incidents.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with various departments to create Alarms, Work Instructions (WI), establish appropriate and up-to-date work processes.
  • Monitor, Analysis, Follow up and Assess the impact of IT incident that occur accurately and quickly. Support various data so that operation can analyze the problem and fix root cause to prevent recurring problem.
  • Support shift employees to ensure accurate and quick problem resolution.
  • Check alarm new node to ensure compliance with standards, collaborate operation transfer knowledge for monitor and revise alarms effectively to accurately reflect problem and respond quickly.
  • Create an automated system to identify problems and reduce action time effectively.
  • Create performance, incident reports to collaborate operation analyze problems and improve to reduce incidents.
