Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Energy Manager M/F to join our Facility Management / Real Estate team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing Single Aisle Supplier activitie. As part of the Cabin Supplier Interface Team, you will be involved in [Supplier] aiming at [securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality].
You will join the Technical Facility Services (TFS) department where you will be part of a team of around 5 people, on the TFS platform which brings together around twenty people (Energy / Water managers, Maintenance and Small Works) from Facility Management. You will be involved in the Airbus High5+ initiative aimed, in particular, at reducing our energy and water consumption and our CO2 emissions.

Ensure the interface and coordination of the actions and activities of the local Energy/Water Management team, within the Airbus Commercial FMRE scope, with all internal and external stakeholders involved.
Optimize the overall energy performance of the facility, within the FMRE scope, in line with Airbus's objectives in this area.
Contribute to the implementation of the roadmap for reducing CO2 emissions and energy consumption at Airbus Commercial Toulouse's French facilities, in close collaboration with facility management and the Business Unit.
Define and coordinate the implementation of projects to achieve the objectives and targets of the site sustainability roadmap, in line with the site master plan and facility management.
Coordinate the implementation of the Energy Performance Contract (EPC) across the entire FMRE scope for the site.
Participate in multifunctional Sustainability teams, both at the French and international levels, within their area of responsibility to contribute to process alignment and the sharing of best practices.
Collect, analyze, and communicate CO2/Energy data, ensuring its accuracy and availability for internal and external reporting. Manage the associated digitalization.
Monitor and improve Energy performance indicators for the FMRE scope at the local level.
Anticipate and ensure regulatory compliance with national and international standards for the Energy sector.
Contribute to the preparation of ISO 50001 certification for the Toulouse and Blagnac sites, regarding the energy management system.
Operationally manage energy consumption budgets.
Ensure the identification and management of energy savings certificates and other types of subsidies.
Act as the FMRE focal point at the local and transnational/trans-divisional levels for CO2/Energy issues, providing site- and domain-specific expertise.
Communication and reporting with various stakeholders (Facility Management, Environment, site management, business partners).
Energy supply and monitoring of associated on-site delivery points management
Lead and/or participate in a transnational MDT (Multi-Divisional Team).
Interface with group entities for the management of European-scale projects (working in a multifunctional team).
Strong experience in the field
Communication and project management skills
Energy management, Energy Management System (ISO 50001) and understanding of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
General technical skills, HVAC engineering, decarbonization
Skills in BMS (Building Management System) management
Comfortable using digital tools, particularly related to metering
Project management
Supplier management
Customer focus
Skills in management control and finance (OpEx and CapEx) would be a plus
Ability to work and/or lead a multifunctional team (MFT), particularly across borders
Strong communication skills / leadership
Team spirit
