We are looking for an Endpoint Management Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam and contribute to the design, development and improvement of endpoint management services.
As Endpoint Management Engineer, you will contribute to the strategic product vision and backlog for endpoint management across our global organization. You’ll work at the intersection of Windows, Windows 365 and cloud-native technologies, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable device experiences for our workforce.
The team
The Computing & Device Services (CDS) squad within People and Hubs/Workplace Services is responsible for the product vision and backlog for the ING Cloud Managed Workplace Services. This comprehends amongst other Windows endpoints, Windows 365 as our Virtual platform and printing services. As Endpoint Management Engineer you will be part of this global squad that is based in The Netherlands, Poland and the Philippines. The Endpoint Management Engineer forms a team with the Product Owner, the IT Chapter Lead, and of course the engineers in the team.
Roles and responsibilities
The following responsibilities are sought after in this role:
Maintain and improve our services as part of a cross-border squad of peers and customer journey experts - Employee satisfaction is key to us!
Support our 24/7 global service by:
Providing 3rd line global support for ~70,000 Windows endpoints and ~3,500 Windows 365 virtual endpoints.
Providing 3rd line global support for Print & Scan services in 18 countries and counting.
Participating in the standby shifts.
Manage SaaS vendors and feature releases, particularly around Intune and workplace tools.
Contribute to Cloud-native endpoint product vision and backlog for Windows, Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Printing services.
Embed security by design, applying zero trust principles, compliance, and threat protection across all endpoints.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and workplace teams to translate business needs into product features and user stories.
Contribute to futureproofing the environment by automating, simplifying, and innovating systems with PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
Work with stakeholders at all levels to solve issues, design and implement digital solutions.
We are valued partners for many of the big suppliers, such as Microsoft, HP and others. You will be in frequent contact with their key staff and product groups.

At least 3 years of proven experience in endpoint management, ideally in enterprise environments.
Deep familiarity with Intune, Windows 365, and cloud-native frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of Windows11, PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with printing infrastructure and its integration in Endpoint Management setups.
Have experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial institutions).
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field - or equivalent work experience.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
