Buildings and Merger & Acquisitions IT team sits within the Deutsche Bank Group Technology Infrastructure Division in the End User Computing function. It delivers cross division technology programmes aligned to the banks Real Estate activities around the globe.

Your key responsibilities:
Act as the key delivery partner for TDI (IT Infrastructure organisation) into GRE (the Global Real Estate organisation)
Manage the regional portfolio of all the cross TDI delivery projects and programmes required to enable successfully delivery of the GRE APAC Global Real Estate portfolio (New office construction, major office moves, consolidation or exit of offices ) Feasibility, Due Diligence & Budgeting prior to new programme approval)
Accountable for
Managing the Programme and project managers ( typically externals) delivering the programmes in the regional portfolio
Ensuring delivery is aligned to current and/or future TDI technology strategy
Management and escalation of issues and risk’s within TDI and the GRE business partner community
Effective communications and reporting of programme/projects to TDI & GRE senior management
Prepare and deliver Project Council & Steering Committee presentations
Providing control and transparency of the portfolio by ensuring adherence to TDI & GRE project methodology and governance.
Managing Budgets & Financials
Reviewing and preparing the TDI approach with the Project managers and the TDI Global leads for technical, financial and delivery activities.
Communication and engagement with GRE regional Business Partners, Project Sponsors, 3rd party suppliers as well as Business and CIO stake holders.
Your skills and experience:
Proven track record in Programme Management and People Management (Leadership) across complex regional and global projects
Ability to work independently with remote and matrix management – self starter
At least 10 years’ experience in managing IT Infrastructure integration and deployment projects regionally and/or globally.
Excellent communication skills up to director and managing director level.
Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly at every level (up, down and laterally)
Identify and know and understand target audience
Clear and concise communications of ideas, instructions
Clear written and verbal communications (presentations)
Conflict and influence management
Strong negotiating skills
Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and its delivery
Assertive and proactive in managing issues and risks.
Strong problem solving skills (facilitate and drive solutions, options, alternatives)
