Wells Fargo is seeking an Employee Experience Senior Manager to lead our digital experience across Human Resources (HR).
This team is responsible for crafting seamless, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences that support employees and managers through their most critical moments—from onboarding and career growth to performance and transitions. You’ll guide a talented team of UX professionals, researchers, design experts and strategists to elevate our digital platforms and tools, ensuring they reflect the needs of our workforce and align with our broader HR transformation goals.
