Description: 
The Employee Experience coordinator will ensure the execution of employee programs and initiatives throughout the employee journey.  This role will own the logistics and administrative support of all program details and help ensure the overall employee experience is designed to increase team member engagement, strengthen our culture and accelerate our business.  The EX-coordinator will report to the VP of Talent Management and partner with teams across the business. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Be a behind-the-scenes doer—tracking logistics, budgets, vendors, communications, feedback, and timelines to keep experiences running smoothly. 

  • Be a cultural champion—bringing fresh ideas to how we celebrate, connect, and recognize employees from all backgrounds and locations. 

  • Bold contributorjumping in where needed across programs, events, and new initiatives that make Accrue a great place to work. 

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Program Management, and Comms to bring impactful programs to life. 

  • Deliver a strong onboarding experiences by coordinating logistics and ensuring every new employee starts with clarity, connection, and a sense of belonging. 

  • Amplify employee stories by supporting internal communications and storytelling efforts that reflect and reinforce the Accrue values and culture. 

  • Partner with the broader HR organization to bring employee-centric programs to life with consistency and care. 

  • Help to identify what is driving the most impact by contributing to a robust employee listening strategy, manage surveys and create dashboards to monitor impact. 

  • Contribute ideas and be ready to run with projects that strengthen our culture and accelerate our business. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • A passion for logistics, details, and making things happen behind the scenes. 

  • You’re an enthusiastic, thoughtful and want to drive EX results, strengthen our culture, and increase engagement for all  our team members. 

  • 1–3 years of experience in employee experience, events, DEI, HR, internal communications, or similar roles (bonus if in a high-growth, tech environment). 

  • A creative mindset and passion for culture, inclusion, and community building. 

  • Strong communication and project management skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a “we can do this” attitude. 

 

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
