About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

What you will do: 

We are seeking a proactive and service-minded Employee Experience Assistant Manager to lead the operations of our employee accommodation facilities at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of comfort, safety, and wellbeing in the housing complex while planning engaging recreational activities that enrich the employee lifestyle experience. 

What you will do: 

  • Monitor occupancy levels, room assignments, and arrival/departure schedules for new and existing employees. Ensure that employees in house list is up to date. 

  • Prepare rooms for the arrival of new employee. Ensure the condition of the room is up to the require standard 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee residents, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating smooth move-in and move-out processes. 

  • Create a welcome experience for all employees starting from the pre-arrival experience, to their arrival at the airport and at the Hotel. 

  • Implement and maintain housing policies, procedures, and emergency protocols. 

  • Ensure the entire Staff Housing safety, fire alarm system, fire exits door, general building safety, accident or incident 

  • Make sure that all employees respect the staff housing rules 

  • Sit with the residents and solve/ handling any issues in the spots 

  • Inform the HRD for any unusual events and communicate any special instructions to the Staff Housing Team. 

  • Coordinating all Staff Housing Engineering related issues such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC issues, ECT with the Engineer A of the Staff Housing. Ensure all maintenance requests are attended. 

  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain standards and identify areas for improvement and liaise with contractors and suppliers for repairs and improvements. Room inspections for departure employee to ensure all equipment are return in good and working condition, no damages in any part of the room. 

  • Prepare transportation schedule for Staff Housing –Hotel – Staff Housing and manage any incidents in the service 

  • Provide support in organizing the yearly social calendar for the staff. Assist in organizing community-building activities, orientations, and wellness initiatives to foster a supportive living environment. 

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support onboarding and team member welfare. 

Work Experience: 2 Years

Degree: Professional /Technician

Languages: Spanish / English

Language Ability: High

To have a driver license and own car is mandatory for this role

Schedule & Hours:

  • Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
