Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or a related field required.
Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems, with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or innovation projects.
Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business units.
Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or prefabrication systems a plus.
Vendor negotiation and evaluation experience.
