OUR ROLE

At Fiskars Group, we create meaningful experiences that bring joy to everyday life. We are now looking for a EMEA Transportation Lead to join our Delivery Service Team in Magnice, Poland. In this role, you will oversee the cooperation between our European sales units, the 3PL warehousing and our selected Fiskars managed freight partners to ensure smooth operations, high service levels, and continuous improvement.

Fiskars Group Supply Chain plays a critical role in supporting our business by operating a scalable and efficient supply network. As part of our Central European Supply Chain Operations, we have started operations with a new warehousing partner and freight partners in Poland to better serve our European customers. Our dedicated Delivery Service Team is managing these operations, working closely with both the warehousing partner and freight forwarding partners.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Magnice, Poland, reporting to the DC Logistics Manager, Central Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inbound transportation, both last mile from port to DC and European road inbound.

  • Managing the outbound freight partners to ensure a smooth delivery to our customers.

  • Ensure compliance for export processes with partners.

  • Monitor KPIs and service levels.

  • Driving performance and cost optimization through data analysis.

  • Freight invoice verification and processing.

  • Support the delivery service team where needed.

  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience in freight forwarding within Europe.

  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and customer service.

  • Basic understanding of export and trade compliance.

  • SAP ECC knowledge is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English and Polish; other European languages are a plus.

  • Organized, stress-resistant, and able to set priorities effectively.

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements.
