Supply Planner EMEA

Purpose of Role:
As part of the EMEA Supply Planning team, the Supply Planner plays a critical role in supporting our SIOP process. You will be responsible for driving production, procurement, and inventory planning to ensure material availability and optimal stock positioning across the region. This role involves close collaboration with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
· Ensure optimal inventory levels at the right locations to support aftermarket sales and production across EMEA.
· Collaborate with demand, inventory, and procurement teams to improve forecast accuracy and material availability.
Production and Procurement Planning
· Develop and maintain a 3–12 month rolling production and procurement plan.
· Collaborate with internal production facilities and procurement teams to reduce lead times and improve responsiveness.
Capacity Planning
· Balance manufacturing capacity across EMEA sites and provide a rolling monthly plan for the next 12 months.
· Address constraints proactively through cross-functional planning.
Inventory Optimization
· Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent excess and SLOB (Slow and Obsolete) inventory.
· Work with divisional and regional teams to reduce aging and excess stock.
Process Improvement & Digitalization
· Support deployment of global planning standards and automated SIOP tools.
· Participate in digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Mastering Systems program).
· Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and process optimization.
· Act as a Key User for supply planning-related processes in SAP, Kinaxis, and Celonis, supporting system enhancements, testing activities, and training initiatives to ensure optimal system usage and continuous improvement.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates who can perform the objectives above.
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent appropriate experience.
5+ years of experience in supply planning or operations planning, ideally in a regional or global context.
Strong knowledge of ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Celonis, Kinaxis, Excel).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in scenario planning.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English; additional EMEA language(s) are a plus.
