We’re growing our ecosystem of technology partners and are looking for a Partner Manager to help drive success across our key alliances. This role will work closely with Gong’s EMEA Partnerships Director to execute on AWS Marketplace and co-sell initiatives, while also supporting other technology partnerships to drive joint pipeline, revenue, and customer impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Work closely with Gong’s Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support go-to-market alignment with partners.
  • Fuel the GTM Engine: Collaborate with marketing and the EMEA Partner Director to execute joint campaigns, webinars, and events that generate new pipeline and increase Gong's visibility within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: Act as the internal champion and subject matter expert for all things AWS co-sell. You'll create documentation, run training, and provide hands-on support to Gong’s Account Executives on how to best leverage AWS programs and funding to win deals.
  • Operationalise Co-Sell: Be the central point of contact for the AWS ACE Pipeline Manager. You'll manage the submission, tracking, and reporting of co-sell opportunities, working to remove friction and accelerate joint deals with the AWS field sales team.
  • Track Our Success: Meticulously track and report on all partnership KPIs, including marketplace revenue, co-sell pipeline, and program ROI. You will deliver regular insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Master the Marketplace: Own the day-to-day management of our AWS Marketplace presence, including private offer creation, deal registration, and listing updates, to ensure a seamless and efficient transaction process for our customers and sales team.
  • Broader Technology Partnership Support: Assist in managing day-to-day activities with other key partners (e.g. Hubspot, Trumpet etc). Support joint go-to-market campaigns, enablement, and events across multiple technology partnerships. Build alignment with partner sales teams to identify and advance co-sell opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 4+ years of experience including time in a relevant role such as alliances, channel sales, or partner operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with the AWS Marketplace and ACE co-sell program is a significant plus and will set you apart.
  • A master of execution with an "Act Now" mentality. You have a proven track record of being proactive, managing projects flawlessly, and cutting through ambiguity to get things done without waiting for direction.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship-builder. You can confidently enable internal sales teams, build strong rapport with AWS counterparts, and collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. You are proficient with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and are comfortable building reports and dashboards to track KPIs and demonstrate the business impact of the partnership.
  • An owner’s mentality because you "Want More" for the team and the partnership. You are endlessly curious, eager to learn, and passionate about exceeding expectations and helping the team achieve its goals together.
