What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Receive, review and document all transactions coming into MEET Service Center
  • Detailed review/submission of all MAPP data/submissions to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure all information is properly documented in workflow system
  • Ensure MAPP transactions are in compliance with MAPP policy
  • Manage all transactions using accurate standard operating procedures and compliance and control documentation
  • Responsible for completing compliance check list of compliance activities
  • Direct interactions with business colleagues to help on the transactions with healthcare professionals and external organizations
  • Responsible for communicating with internal business professionals
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to get approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation
  • Create and execute healthcare contracts for external healthcare professionals, ensuring fair market value is accurate (per FMV calculator) and the HCP is qualified (CV review)

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Polish and English language is a must
  • Up to 2 years of experience (legal or compliance highly preferred)
  • Management of multiple client stakeholders
  • Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required
  • Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills in managing transactions within a global system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
  • Strong customer service skills and mindset
  • Understanding of compliance/financial controls
  • Strength with multitasking and ensuring accurate detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Pharmaceutical industry or contracts experience
  • System application & products - SAP/Ariba experience
  • Experience with FCPA transactions
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
