Job Description:

The Business Operations Leader’s main mission is about ensuring that HPE Professional Services business operates efficiently and effectively, driving profitability and customer satisfaction, aligning operations with strategic goals
The responsibilities would be primarily around enforcing focus on streamlining and improving the operational efficiency of HPE professional services business. This includes managing resources, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to customers. The responsibilities will also encompass strategic planning, process improvement, resource management, and data analysis to drive profitability and client satisfaction. 


He/she will effectively and creatively support the following goals:
•    Deliver customer satisfaction AND expected margin

•    Partner with Pre-sales
•    Manage customer engagements
•    Get the right skills
•    Build a strong regional leadership team

We are open to any EMEA based applicants who are assigned to an EMEA office.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Services, ideally in AP&S and/or LES

  • Experience running business operations teams

  • Proven leadership of remote and multi-level teams

  • Strong business acumen

Scope & Core responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and execution: Partner with the A&PS/LS leadership to develop and implement strategies for the professional services business, including resource allocation and pricing. 
  • Deal Governance Management is the process of overseeing delivery assurance, deal coordination, and account support governance to mitigate risks, ensure adherence to global processes, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for the successful execution of complex multi-business-unit opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. 
  • Resource Management and cost optimization: Oversee the allocation and utilization of professional services resources, ensuring optimal staffing and resource utilization. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Define and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve business performance – Build strong foundation and PBI reporting platform
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial processes for the professional services business. 
  • Client Relationship Management -customer satisfaction: Ensure smooth and efficient client interactions, addressing inquiries and providing support – improve service delivery to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Tool Management: Manage and optimize the use of tools and systems used by the professional services team, such as PSA systems and CRM software. 
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development to professional services resources on best practices and new processes. 
  • Team leadership & management - Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead Business operation team in the different countries/clusters.
  • Work with key stakeholders (sales, finance, and marketing) and with WW Professional services to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Build a strong organizational culture with the GEOs that fosters teamwork and accountability – Management of Change.
