EMEA Fund Disclosure, Assistant Vice President, State Street Investment Management

Global Funds Management is responsible for all treasury, fund administration, and reporting for our registered and unregistered funds globally. This includes valuation, board liaison and reporting, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, expense accruals, service provider oversight, cross-border registrations, and implementation of product initiatives.

As such, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fund Disclosure Manager to lead the end-to-end management of regulatory fund disclosure documentation for our EMEA-domiciled funds. This role will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate production and maintenance of fund prospectuses, supplements, UCITS Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs), and PRIIPs Key Information Documents (KIDs), ensuring compliance with evolving UK and EU regulatory frameworks and fund initiatives. Why this role is important to us

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the updates of fund offering documents in connection with our Irish, Luxembourg, and UK fund ranges. This will also include implementing and overseeing the framework for the appointment and ongoing monitoring of ancillary service providers required to support the UCITS KIID and PRIIPs KID production process, assessing for continuous efficiencies and enhancements of controls supporting the process.

Your scope of responsibilities will include liaison, seeking inputs from subject matter experts and coordination of timelines with multiple internal stakeholders as appropriate, working with colleagues to assess downstream impacts of new funds and changes to existing funds on fund offering documentation and managing BAU activities alongside key stakeholders to ensure timely updates are filed with home regulators, working with the registrations team to file with host regulators.

You will lead in the fund disclosure lifecycle process, engaging with key stakeholders to ensure consistency and harmonization of processes across ranges and jurisdictions. You will partner with key internal and external stakeholders cross-border to develop and maintain a robust framework to ensure continued adherence of our funds to host regulatory regimes.

What you will be responsible for

As Fund Disclosure Manager you will:

Prospectus & Sub-Fund Supplement Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of prospectus and sub-fund supplement updates, including annual and ad hoc revisions.

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder reviews and approvals, ensuring timely sign-offs and publication.

  • Coordinate translations and collaborate with the Fund Registrations team within the Global Funds Management (“GFM”) team to ensure timely filing cross-border.

  • Maintain a robust governance process for document version control, audit trails, and regulatory filings.

UCITS KIID & PRIIPs KID Production

  • Lead the annual and ad hoc production, update and filing cycles for UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs KIDs, including coordination with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product) and external vendors.

  • Manage data collection, validation, and integration into the KID/KIID production platform.

  • Ensure compliance with FCA, ESMA, CSSF and CBI requirements, including adherence to evolving disclosure standards and timelines.

  • Maintain and enhance process documentation, including job aids and procedural memos.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory readiness.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to fund disclosures.

General

  • Collaborate and engage closely with key stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product Development and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of disclosure obligations.

  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings.

  • Support and assist the broader GFM team on other necessary ad-hoc items.

  • Ensure timely execution of all BAU processes with a focus on minimising enterprise risk.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in fund documentation, regulatory reporting, or fund governance within asset management or financial services

  • University degree + minimum 4 years relevant experience in fund/product management or development

  • PowerPoint and Word proficient
