This role focuses on enabling long-tail cloud partner success through strategic programs and structured frameworks.

Role Overview


As EMEA Cloud Customer Success Manager, you will manage and grow long-tail cloud partners across EMEA, working closely with the EMEA Cloud Program Manager and local cloud teams. You will ensure partner engagement, program alignment, and data-driven performance tracking, with a strong focus on Cloud and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive partner success using structured frameworks and strategic programs
  • Align Cloud and AI initiatives with company priorities across EMEA
  • Collect and analyze partner data to support decision-making
  • Engage internal stakeholders for continuous program improvement

Working Environment
You will be part of a multicultural EMEA team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a multinational tech/cloud company
  • Experience in customer success, partner management, or program coordination
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and partner ecosystems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%, depending on business requirements
  • Fluent in English; other EMEA languages are a plus
