This role focuses on enabling long-tail cloud partner success through strategic programs and structured frameworks.
Role Overview
As EMEA Cloud Customer Success Manager, you will manage and grow long-tail cloud partners across EMEA, working closely with the EMEA Cloud Program Manager and local cloud teams. You will ensure partner engagement, program alignment, and data-driven performance tracking, with a strong focus on Cloud and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive partner success using structured frameworks and strategic programs
- Align Cloud and AI initiatives with company priorities across EMEA
- Collect and analyze partner data to support decision-making
- Engage internal stakeholders for continuous program improvement
Working Environment
You will be part of a multicultural EMEA team.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a multinational tech/cloud company
- Experience in customer success, partner management, or program coordination
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and partner ecosystems is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%, depending on business requirements
- Fluent in English; other EMEA languages are a plus
