The Embroidery Preproduction Specialist will ensure accurate and timely embroidery worksheet creation for all orders. This role will do its part in maintaining a harmonious process flow to drive department SLAs and support the thread color selection process for each new season. The Embroidery Preproduction Specialist will ensure a positive customer service experience for all customers and ensure the quality standards of Peter Millar and G/FORE are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare embroidery work orders in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the delivery of work orders to contractors in order of priority.
- Ensure all orders are colored accurately and quality standards of Peter Millar embroidery are met.
- Proactively identify orders requiring art approval, create CADS, and distribute to the appropriate parties.
- Communicate effectively with all customers to review details and exceed expectations.
- Track, monitor, and resolve all CAD approval tickets.
- Analyze the upcoming lines to select the best possible thread colors, identify and highlight meaningful production instructions, and update tables accordingly.
- Proactively monitor and update orders by initiating outreach for additional information when needed.
- Manage work order batching tables to ensure all active styles are accounted for.
- Identify and participate in process improvements efforts.
- Develop and maintain Embroidery Team SOP’s.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products; must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ensures a high level of customer service and quality experience for customers.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Background in Embroidery and/or graphics is a plus.
