ELECTRONIC PLANNING OFFICER

The Electronic Planning Officer manage and optimize the planning of electronic technicians on customer sites in accordance with the customer's order, contractual constraints and legislation in force. This role design work schedules in accordance with seasonal variations, vacation planning, work time management, and social climate control.

Main Duties:

•    Develop the method of work planning taking into account commercial contracts, legal provisions, the employee's contract and the synergy of means.
•    Coordinate technical intervention with Electronic Technicians and clients which includes and is not limited to creation of jobs in the system, taking appointment with the client, communicating with client of any change, etc
•    Follow-up and track progress of technical requests requiring and intervention – escalate to the management where there are issues to resolve
•    Maintain Brink’s engagement towards its clients through anticipating and planification servicing contractual agreements
•    Input information in the system to be used for invoicing of Brink’s clients and/or to record and track technical intervention of client
•    Manage and lead, according to budgetary, contractual, commercial and regulatory imperatives, the steps necessary for the construction and daily adjustments of the schedule.
•    Verify the concordance of the organization according to the work contracts of the personnel, the needs of the customer, the respect of the regulation, the productivity gains.
•    Ensure that the attendance of concerned employees is recorded on a daily basis.
•    Record and control overtime hours done by the concerned employees in respect of the procedures to be submitted for payroll processing
•    Prepare pre-payroll processing documents such as allowances on a monthly basis while ensuring verification and required signatures are received before submitted to the payroll in a timely manner
•    Prepare weekly or monthly KPIs in accordance to the departments’ requirements as per Brink’s Standard. 
•    Prepare reports and analysis as and when requested by the management
•    Participate to process improvement projects and initiative within the department
•    Participate in the training organization of the department
•    Participate and provide support to the different activities within the department

​•    Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and Brinks policies

Knowledge & Experience :

•    HSC with relevant experience in logistics management
•    Experience appreciated in people planning on large populations (from 50 to 300 employees) and with multi-site and multi-tasking operating constraints. 

•    High sense of ethics and integrity
