Our Facilities Team are looking for skilled and dedicated Facilities Technician with an Electrical/Mechanical background to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician will play a key role in the efficient operation of the site, performing essential maintenance on facilities and electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated facilities maintenance environment, knowledge of Maximo CMMS, GMP standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage contractors effectively.

Where you come in:

• You will perform routine/preventive maintenance on electrical and other facilities infrastructure.
• You will provide timely troubleshooting support where required, particularly in response to equipment downtime situations.
• You will ensure that the site safety requirements are met
• You will identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
• You will support equipment installation, equipment moves, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
• You will ensure all maintenance activities and other repair tasks are accurately documented and that records are audit ready at all times.
• You will utilize Maximo CMMS to track and manage maintenance activities.
• You will ensure compliance with GMP standards in all maintenance tasks.
• You will comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• You will participate in audits, risk assessments, stress testing scenarios for facility systems.
• You will coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors.

What makes you successful:

• Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
• You have proven experience in facilities maintenance
• You have proficiency in using Maximo CMMS.
• You have a strong understanding of GMP standards.
• You have a strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• You have experience working with BMS/EMS systems.
