Location: Conshohocken, PA

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented College Intern to join our Ecommerce Analytics team. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Systems and is eager to apply their skills in data analysis, coding, and visualization to support our ecommerce initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Marketing Analytics Expertise: Interest or experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics (e.g., digital campaigns, website traffic, conversion rates) and ecommerce trends.
  • Coding Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL to query and manipulate large datasets; familiarity with additional programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
  • Power BI Experience: Hands-on experience with Power BI to create interactive dashboards, track KPIs, and visualize ecommerce and marketing performance.
  • Ecommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, or tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to extract actionable insights from marketing and ecommerce data to improve customer engagement and drive revenue.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate technical data analyses into insights that can guide marketing and ecommerce strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams to support initiatives across marketing, sales, and ecommerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the ecommerce and marketing analytics teams to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including websites, campaigns, and customer databases.
  • Use SQL to gather data and create Power BI dashboards to track key metrics like customer behavior, website traffic, sales trends, and marketing performance.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, drive sales, and enhance marketing performance using data-driven strategies.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity for a student passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing, and data analytics to gain real-world experience and contribute to impactful projects that shape our marketing and ecommerce strategies.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree
  • must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models, customer segmentation, or A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or database management.
