Job Description

About the Role

In this role you will execute the product development and production for Kohl’s private and exclusive label brands to ensure quality and on-time product.

What You’ll Do

  • Own daily email production correspondence with vendors and suppliers

  • Purchase order management and logistics/imports management

  • Own OTS/WIP tracking

  • Manage sample requests and track samples through submission, approval, and milestones

  • Update and maintain accuracy in our style management system (onePLM/OPA)

  • Prepare and contribute to production discussions and reviews to ensure deadlines are met

  • Communicate effectively with the K-Link team regarding vendor information accuracy

  • Responsible for calendarizing and execution of agreed upon agility strategies (Read & React, Replenishment)

  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to update on product development progress

  • Assist with meeting set up, take down and maintenance - focusing on sample and submit management

  • Support team workspace and sample room organization

  • Assist in style handoff and ASHO meetings as needed

  • May assist in sustainability efforts to meet or achieve brand goals

  • May assist in customer review analysis and recaps

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Office Suite

  • Ability to travel

  • Must be able to lift 25lbs

  • Bachelor's Degree
