Albuquerque, New MexicoAsst. Delivery Manager - ALC: Leads a team of delivery personnel and maintains delivery standards as established by management teams by performing the following job duties:
Work with and train all delivery personnel through work-withs to increase efficiencies and effectiveness at retail.
Work with delivery personnel to increase performance standards:
Manage vacation schedule to ensure adequate route coverage. Assists with vacation coverage for all routes.
Complete work-withs/route rides with subordinates to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
Participate in weekly department meetings to ensure delivery ‘team’ concept.
Help manage the ‘Hot Shot Program.
Attends all scheduled meetings.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
