Estimated Annual Salary:  $93,000 (mini)    $121,000 (mid)   $149,000 (max)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Creates detailed mechanical designs and specifications using advanced CAD software to meet project requirements and industry standards.
 - Project Coordination: Leads small scale design projects, coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure timely and within budget completion.
 - Problem Resolution: Identifies and resolves complex mechanical design challenges by applying innovative solutions and technical expertise.
 - Technical Mentorship: Provides guidance and support to junior designers, fostering skill development and enhancing team performance.
 - Quality Assurance: Conducts thorough reviews and testing of mechanical designs to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will either have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 6 years of relevant job experience.
