As a Document Control Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards. This role is critical to supporting engineering, project management, and quality teams by controlling document flow and ensuring timely distribution of technical and contractual documents. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and maintain project documentation across all phases.
  • Coordinate document flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely distribution of technical drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate records.
  • Support audits and compliance checks with precise documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers for smooth execution.
  • Implement best practices for document control and continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to enhance project delivery.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in documentation management or related field.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is an asset.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
