Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Document Capture Specialist I to join our Imaging Production team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing critical customer documents accurately and efficiently to meet strict production metrics and deadlines.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Process and Digitize Documents: Prepare, sort, and log incoming customer documents, and perform high-volume scanning, ensuring key outputs meet quality control standards and customer turnaround times.

  • Collaborate and Comply: Review, index, and manage specialized documents with accuracy while adhering to compliance guidelines, business value rules, and multiple service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Drive Performance: Prioritize work effectively and consistently achieve or exceed individual production metrics while actively learning new concepts and workflows in day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • [0-2 years] of experience in a data entry, production, or metrics-driven environment.

  • Strong knowledge of PC, Google, or Windows applications and related software.

  • Proven ability in demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in task completion as instructed and working successfully in a metrics-based environment.

  • B.com., BBA, MBA, M.Com. graduate or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

  • Flexibility to work in night shifts as required by business needs.
