Job Description

JLL provides a full range of real estate, project development services, and facilities solutions for corporate clients across EMEA. We help our clients plan, find, finance, buy, lease, sell, construct, optimize, manage, and maintain they portfolios across the region using a One JLL approach. Our professionals have deep technical expertise and market knowledge and are armed with the most innovative, data-driven analytics and business intelligence in the industry.

Position Summary

The Divisional President will lead and inspire a team of professional across multiple countries in EMEA  in becoming the preeminent provider in the workplace.  This individual will promote JLL’s brand, purpose, culture, and values while focusing on patient and family experience, mitigating risk, and driving financial performance for our clients through real estate, project and development services, and facilities solutions.  This position will report to the CEO of our EMEA Work Dynamics business.

Location: London based or any other EMEA city, with expected travel

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a broad network within the sectors to identify new business growth opportunities
  • Lead and partner with the Account Management and Sales teams to identify new business and expand existing client portfolio
  • Leveraging industry knowledge and client input to deliver a coherent, comprehensive strategy to capture the benefits and value of the products / offerings
  • Develop and deliver scalable solutions to improve customer experience that can be applied broadly to clients and JLL businesses
  • Establish and advance client relationships for sector corporate clients
  • Ensure the vision and strategy of the Account Division plans are implemented and align with client objectives and interests
  • Develop and execute solutions to position JLL as the leading outsourcing option in the market
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, diverse, and integrated team who is committed to delivering exceptional client results
