About the position
The Distributor Growth and Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in strengthening Antech’s distribution partnerships and driving sustainable country level revenue growth. This role combines sales enablement, partner coaching, and field sales execution, ensuring our distributors are technically confident, commercially effective, and strategically aligned with Antech’s goals.
Approximately 50 to 60 percent of your time will be dedicated to training, both classroom based and in the field, supported by hands on sales engagement, joint customer visits, and targeted business development activities. You will work closely with distributors to optimise conversion, onboard new products, and translate capability development directly into measurable sales results.
You will collaborate cross functionally with commercial, marketing, and education teams to deliver consistent messaging and ensure the Antech value proposition resonates at every customer touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging technical, product, and sales training to strengthen distributor capability.
Partner with distributors on joint customer visits to model effective sales techniques and drive opportunity conversion.
Monitor and report on sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and growth metrics.
Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set partner sales targets and align capability development with commercial KPIs.
Lead new product onboarding, positioning, and differentiation training to maximise market penetration.
Support customer engagement through installations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
Develop distributor growth plans that integrate training with strategic sales activation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs and universities to enhance advocacy and referral networks.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy.
Drive accountability for performance outcomes through quarterly business reviews and continuous coaching.
Experience required
Veterinary Surgeon or Veterinary Nurse background, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the in house diagnostics (IHD) market.
Proven sales or sales coaching experience within veterinary, diagnostics, or a related technical industry.
Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and upskill partner teams across multiple markets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging across functions, cultures, and geographies.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
A proactive, problem solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Willingness to travel up to 50 percent across assigned markets.
Education requirements
Veterinary or Veterinary Nursing qualification preferred, or equivalent professional experience in veterinary diagnostics or sales enablement.
Additional commercial or training certifications advantageous.
