How you’ll make an impact:
This role reports to the VP, IT Supply Chain Systems, has 3+ direct reports and is based in our Buckhead office. The Director, Supply Chain Planning Systems will:
- Support the Global Supply Chain business through leveraged and innovative use of the Supply Chain Planning IT applications.
- Liaise with the appropriate business partners to understand the business strategy, and to define IT strategic & tactical initiatives in support of the business initiatives.
- Provide direction and lead the design and implementation of IT solutions that contribute to strategic business goals while aligning with the overall IS architecture.
- Ensure the company's Supply Chain Planning initiatives are met in a high quality, timely fashion with a continuous focus on best practices for design, end-to-end business process definition and supporting technology, and overall development, testing, and end-user experience.
- This position is a vital part of the support structure for the Supply Chain Planning functions for CRI.
- Evaluate business systems and user needs related to Supply Chain Planning. Ensure the definition and implementation of the most relevant solution for process support / improvement, upgrade, system deployment, replacement, or enhancement and issue resolution.
- Support end-user training and ongoing support. Facilitate and coordinate the analysis and resolution of operational issues related to Anaplan and other relevant supply chain solutions.
- Management of Supply Chain Planning and support services; maintaining the services per SLA and meeting IT SOX compliance
- Supervise and develop direct, offshore and indirect reports.
- Collaborate closely with key business, IT partners and external partners in requirements development, model development and evaluation, and overall solution delivery
- Lead the delivery of Supply Chain Planning IT initiatives
Secondary Functions
- Preparing and delivering executive and/or project presentations and deliverables
- Working with business owners to strategize, prioritize and initiate projects
- Leads the establishment of objectives and goals for his/her functional area, aligned with company objectives and goals.
- Leads defining changes in organization structure and job descriptions to best accomplish the objectives of his/her area of responsibility. Leads and approves changes in the compensation of his/her subordinates and also recommends or approves their transfer, promotion, or discharge, within the limits of his/her authority as delegated by his/her superior without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam Era
- Manages creation of system and process documentation, training materials, and necessary communication to staff members, other IT members (infrastructure and development), IT leadership, user base, executive leadership, vendors, etc.

We’d Love to hear from you if:
Must have:
- 10+ years’ experience in information technology, directly supporting Merchandising & Supply Chain Planning solutions in a complex environment; retail experience a plus
- Deep Supply Chain Planning business and technology experience. 3+ years experience implementing Anaplan, Blue Yonder, O9, Relex, Oracle SCM or similar technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (computer programming, mathematics, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.) required
- Proven ability to connect business requirements to technical/functional solution designs
- Strong management skills to manage a diverse and decentralized Anaplan community; 3+ years management experience
- Analytical, process driven approach to problem solving with strong mathematical modeling skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguity
- Detail oriented (on time and accurate)
- Demonstrated knowledge of the areas of application configuration, database, integration and system design
- Exemplary communication skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation)
Preferred skills and experience:
- Anaplan experience and certification
- Experience with AI planning technologies; Invent Analytics, Impact Analytics, Google or similar technologies
- A background combination of consulting and direct industry experience
