Plays pivotal role in leadership and oversight to process and system enabling support to optimize the utilization of supply chain systems and overseeing the analytics function within the organization. This position is responsible for educating data-driven decision-making, optimizing system performance, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytical strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. Develops strategies to optimize enterprise resource planning (ERP) workflows and performance to ensure smooth operations across Sutter Health. Works closely with customers, partners and other stakeholders, including suppliers, in the implementation and support of the supply chain roadmap, standards and best practices. Oversees day-to-day content management activities, supporting in the development of business requirements and assists in planning and implementation of process and system enhancements, including ERP system implementation and optimization.Job Description:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
6 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Proven track record in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights.
In-depth knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, with expertise in statistical analysis and modeling.
Solid understanding of information systems, data governance, and database concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
Data analysis and interpretation

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages.

Pay Range is $73.45 to $110.18 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
