In this new role of Director, Strategy & Transformation, you will support these priorities by partnering closely with the VP, Strategy & Business Development to coordinate strategic and transformation efforts across Vita.

The role focuses on enabling consistent execution of the Value Creation Initiative (VCI) portfolio and supporting the delivery of the Long Term Plan (LTP) and annual Business Plan (BP). You will collaborate closely with the Strategy team, CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, and Finance leadership, as well as Brand and Market Heads, to maintain strong alignment between strategic priorities and operational plans.

This hybrid role will be based at our Flintholm office in Frederiksberg, Denmark.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this new role, you will coordinate and structure transversal strategic and transformation activities to ensure effective execution and follow up across our portfolio.

  • Manage the transversal VCI PMO, ensuring structured governance, portfolio visibility, and measurable progress tracking

  • Support the preparation and alignment of LTP and BP deliverables in collaboration with Finance

  • Develop and maintain cross-brand KPI dashboards for performance and strategic alignment

  • Coordinate governance materials for the Board, Global Leadership Team (GLT), and Vita Leadership Team (VLT)

  • Provide project management support and insight across key strategic pillars

  • Ensure quality and timeliness of executive deliverables to promote accountability and transparency

  • Act as a key partner to the VP, Strategy & Business Development on governance, strategy cadence, and transversal priorities

WHO YOU ARE

You are an organized and analytical professional with a background in strategy, transformation, or program management. You combine structure with adaptability and can move comfortably between strategic priorities and operational detail.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership

  • Experience managing large-scale programs or PMOs with measurable financial tracking

  • Strong understanding of financial performance management (EBIT, 4WC, cost efficiency)

  • Ability to connect strategic initiatives with operational execution across business units and functions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools)

  • Experience in matrix or multi-brand organizations

  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are an asset
