Harness is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director, Sales Enablement to own the strategy and execution of our digital content program and core enablement initiatives. This individual will be a key driver in accelerating the productivity and proficiency of our global sales 
organization. A heavy emphasis will be placed on developing engaging, scalable video and digital learning content, managing end-to-end enablement programs, and occasionally facilitating live training sessions for our sales teams who sell complex, cutting-edge software solutions. 
Key Responsibilities: Program Management & Digital Content Creation 
- Video Production Leadership: Be the driving force behind our digital learning video program. This includes scripting, storyboarding, overseeing production, and often being the primary on-screen or voice talent for high-impact training videos. 
 
- Digital Content Strategy: Architect the strategy for our digital content library, ensuring all materials are relevant, up-to-date, and easily accessible through our content and learning management system. 
 
- New Hire Onboarding: Focus on continuous optimization of a world-class sales onboarding program that reduces ramp time for all new sales hires. 
 
- Measure and Optimize: Define, track, and analyze key enablement metrics to demonstrate ROI and continuously improve program effectiveness. 
 
- Knowledge Reinforcement: Design innovative digital learning paths and certification programs that ensure knowledge retention and application of sales methodologies. ● Front-of-the-Room Training: Facilitate and occasionally lead high-stakes enablement sessions, including new product launch training, sales kickoff (SKO) content, and skills-based workshops, leveraging a dynamic and engaging delivery style. 
 
About You
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Director capacity, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company. 
 
- Demonstrated experience in video production and digital content development for learning/enablement, including strong on-screen presence and instructional design knowledge. 
 
- Expert-level program and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously. 
 
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and the B2B sales cycle. 
 
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills—you can articulate complex concepts simply and convincingly.
 
Preferred Qualifications 
- Familiarity with the DevOps or CI/CD landscape is a strong plus. 
 
- Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
 
- Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing sales enablement tools (e.g., LMS/CMS like FlockJay, Mindtickle, Highspot, or a similar platform).

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,00 - $225,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.  The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
