Director, Retail Program

The Retail Program Director will oversee the design, execution, and measurement of all aspects impacting the retail channel as it relates to programs and campaigns. These initiatives will help to ensure connectivity across digital and in-store experiences. This role will focus on driving innovation through omnichannel planning and optimizing retail engagement strategies. Reporting to the Head of Retail, VBU, the Retail Program Director will manage and assess programmatic budgets to ensure alignment with GSK’s retail vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and measure retail programs and campaigns to drive engagement
  • Oversee execution and optimization of retail omnichannel initiatives
  • Develop KPIs for retail engagement and track program performance
  • Manage retail marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Ensure connectivity between digital experiences and in-store initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programmatic strategies
  • Lead and manage the retail channel budget and operations plan

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, pharmacy product development or pharmacy operations experience
  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Experience building operational plans, managing budgets and vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA or Pharm.D preferred.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated outcomes
  • Prior experience with vaccines
  • Experience with developing and presenting business analysis, storyboarding and vision setting with senior leadership at the business unit head or chain leadership level
  • Experience with development of brand strategy, consumer marketing, or traditional advertising channels for branded pharmaceuticals
