Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Director Quality Automation is responsible for building and executing service quality and digital automation that develops solutions across our member and provider service platforms for commercial, government, provider call centers and claims processing areas.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead and evaluate the end to end business functions to understand current gaps and direct root cause analysis.
  • Partner with IT and digital to develop technology solutions to drive quality automation for call centers, claims processing and benefit enrollment process.
  • Direct and recommend actions to ensure compliance with quality goals across the enterprise.
  • Establish and implement applicable metrics to monitor effectiveness of automated/digital quality initiatives.
  • Lead quality automation value propositions and develop cost optimization.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years' experience in quality or automation; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Experience leading business intelligence teams preferred.
  • Experience with ThoughtSpot and Tableau preferred.
  • Experience with AI.
