Brightree is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Professional Services Consulting to lead a high-performing team of consultants and trainers responsible for customer onboarding and implementation of Brightree’s HME Core and add-on modules. This role is pivotal in driving client success, employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the vision and strategic direction for the Professional Services Consulting team.
Lead transformational initiatives that enhance team performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Team Management & Development
Manage and mentor a team of consultants and trainers focused on onboarding and implementing HME Core and add-on modules.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Customer Success & Implementation
Ensure successful delivery of consulting and training services throughout the customer onboarding lifecycle.
Act as Executive Sponsor for key client projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Product Management, Development, and Customer Support to drive seamless customer experiences.
Develop innovative consulting packages that enhance product adoption and customer value.
Operational Excellence
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and service delivery standards.
Drive operational efficiencies and ensure alignment with revenue and profitability objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 10–12 years of experience leading professional services teams.
Proven success managing a Professional Services practice in an enterprise SaaS environment.
Strong background in Healthcare IT, preferably with HME experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior (C-level) executives and influence strategic decisions.
Expertise in project management, consulting delivery, and customer onboarding.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to lead through change and motivate teams.
Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel (20–30%).

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: Total Base Pay Range $182,000.00 - $272,000.00 USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual
