Your New Role:  

The Director, Product Management – Converged Advertising reports to the VP, Product Management and is accountable for defining and executing the roadmap that drives WBD’s advertising convergence strategy. This leader balances long-term product strategy with short-term delivery impact, ensuring global platforms support multi-billion-dollar revenue streams while evolving to meet industry shifts.

Your Role Accountabilities: 

Product Vision & Roadmap – Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for converged advertising systems, ensuring alignment with WBD’s monetization strategy and client needs. 

Cross-Platform Convergence – Drive development of unified workflows across linear and digital platforms, covering campaign planning, trafficking, forecasting, and reporting. 

Stakeholder Alignment – Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to ensure product priorities directly enable revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. 

Delivery & Execution – Oversee feature prioritization and release management, ensuring delivery teams ship scalable, reliable, and business-critical solutions on time. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. 

  Product Leadership: 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-scale ad-tech or SaaS platforms. 

  AdTech Expertise: Strong knowledge of advertising ecosystems, including campaign management, forecasting, identity, yield optimization, and cross-platform planning. 

  Strategic Alignment: Proven ability to align product roadmaps with revenue and operational KPIs, driving measurable business outcomes. 

  Execution Excellence: Track record of leading global product teams to deliver mission-critical platforms with high adoption and revenue impact. 

  Client & Market Orientation: Experience engaging with advertisers, agencies, and partners to define product requirements and competitive differentiation. 

  Innovation & Modernization: Background in evolving legacy systems into modular, cloud-native, and API-driven solutions. 

  Collaboration & Communication: Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and work effectively across Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $192,570.00 - $357,630.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
