Humana’s Product organization is seeking a Director of Product Management with deep knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem.  As a Director, you’ll play a key role, responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative customer data and experience solutions that power personalized, data-driven marketing across channels.

This role is focused on scaling Adobe Experience Platform as an enterprise platform. Success in this role means continuing to expand AEP into a mature, enterprise-wide platform that delivers measurable impact across Humana’s member experience. You’ll lead adoption across teams and channels, enable personalized, real-time messaging that increases engagement, conversion, and health outcomes. Your work will enable scalable integration with enterprise platforms and data and provide stakeholders with clear visibility into AEP’s performance and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision

    • Collaboratively define and evolve the long-term product vision for Adobe Experience Platform within the organization including Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and AI Agents.

    • Translate business goals and customer needs into a clear product roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.

    • Prioritize capabilities and features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

    • Align platform releases and dependencies with other platform teams including Digital, Customer Preferences, and Identity Access.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Partner with marketing, data science, engineering, other platform teams, and customer experience teams to deliver scalable and secure AEP solutions.

    • Monitor, adjust, and communicate engineering backlog status to deliver prioritized features while maintaining engineering capacity.

    • Collaborate with Adobe account teams and solution architects to ensure optimal platform utilization and innovation.

  • Customer & Market Insights

    • Stay ahead of industry trends in customer data platforms, personalization, and marketing technology.

    • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and external customers to inform product decisions.

  • Governance & Compliance

    • Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are embedded in platform capabilities.

    • Work closely with legal and data teams to maintain trust and transparency in data usage.

  • Measurement & Optimization 

    • Define KPIs and success metrics for AEP initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI.

    • Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and data quality to inform future enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or related field.

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on customer data platforms, marketing automation platforms, enterprise digital platforms, or similar martech.

  • Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and its ecosystem (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics).

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling data-driven products in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with regulated environments.

  • Experience integrating AEP with other Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems.

  • Familiarity with personalization strategies, and omnichannel orchestration.

  • Familiarity with data architecture, identity resolution, and customer segmentation strategies.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$168,000 - $231,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
