Reporting to the Senior Director, People Business Partner (PBP), the Director, People Business Partner will drive People strategy for the Revenue organization (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations & B2B Marketing), cultivating a high-performing and thriving culture. This hybrid role (2–3 days/week in our NYC office) is part of the People team and plays a critical role in enabling GTM success, engagement, and scaling through strong business partnership and thoughtful people practices. This role will manage one direct report.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Revenue leadership team to align People strategy with business objectives in a high-growth, outcomes-driven environment
  • Coach senior leaders through talent planning, org design, succession planning, and change management
  • Develop People solutions that strengthen performance, employee engagement, and Inclusion across the entire Revenue organization
  • Lead initiatives to foster a Thriving culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and resilience
  • Collaborate closely with People Team Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to shape people programs that meet the evolving needs of a scaling Revenue org
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and mitigate organizational risk while maintaining employee trust
  • Translate business needs into data-informed HR actions by leveraging insights and metrics
  • Drive readiness for organizational change through communication and enablement efforts

  • Measurable progress on Revenue org engagement and Thriving culture benchmarks
  • Improved retention, performance, and development outcomes across the Revenue org
  • High PBP CSAT from Revenue org stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of People Business Partner experience supporting senior executives
  • 5+ years supporting Revenue/Go-to-Market functions in high-growth environments
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Strong capability in change management, performance enablement, and talent strategy
  • Experience resolving complex ER matters with sound judgment
  • Data-savvy approach to influencing leaders and measuring people initiatives
  • Highly effective communicator and coach; strong stakeholder management skills
  • Located in or able to regularly commute to NYC (2–3x per week); limited travel

The target base salary range for this position is $173,110 - $216,390 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
