As a Director, Social (Global) you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of social media campaigns. This role involves managing a team of social media specialists, both onshore in the UK and offshore in India, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content and driving engagement across various social media platforms. ​

You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social strategies into broader media plans and utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance. Strong leadership, deep knowledge of social media trends and tools and the ability to deliver measurable results through innovative social creative initiatives are essential for this role.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the future of digital marketing, thrives on working with industry-leading brands, and understands the full spectrum of digital channels to develop and execute data-driven, strategic media plans.

  • Oversee planning, execution and optimisation of social media campaigns across various platforms (Primarily LinkedIn and Meta, as well tests in Reddit, TikTok etc), ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet performance targets​
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives, identifying key social media opportunities and platforms to maximise campaign impact​
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for content optimisation and improvement
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights, maintaining accurate documentation of campaign plans, budgets and performance metrics
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding social media strategies, campaign plans and performance reports​, acting as social channel consultant to SAP, including assisting them in making decisions on Technology adoption to achieve business goals.
  • Mentor and lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth
  • Experience working with Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics, or comparable platforms would be preferred

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
