Role description:
Welcome to Salesforce. We’re continuing our journey of growth and are looking to add a Operations and Strategy Leader to our South Asia Business Operations team. This role will be a key in executing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across the South Asia business unit. Reporting directly to the COO, South Asia Sites/Business Operations, this role will translate the strategic vision into actionable plans, manage execution across multiple functions, and ensure a best-in-class employee experience that fuels regional growth and productivity.

The Role will be responsible for, amongst other things:

  • Act as the COO's primary operational lead in helping drive forward South Asia vision to Lead the autonomous Agentic revolution, transforming every business into an Agentforce company, where humans and AI agents collaborate seamlessly to drive efficiency, innovation and growth.
  • Own and continuously improve operating cadence (e.g. site meetings, leadership off-sites, monthly / quarterly project status / reviews…etc ) and support the productivity of leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda, and the follow-up actions.
  • Manage a team of program managers and business analysts, and coordinate among the different departments to ensure the company’s resources and schedule stay integrated, while reflecting the latest project developments.
  • Develop and assemble site wide organizational goals and V2MOM, measure progress and provide updates to stakeholders, and operate as SPOC for Report card, represent data / facts / Market Insights / Inferences to influence leadership.
  • Be a solid interface between SA leadership, functional leaders and global stakeholders, with strong collaborative relationship & partnership across the organization to drive, program manage and execute India Site operational priorities
  • Program Manage talent brand programs like GPTW, collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and employee resource groups to drive milestones and facilitate reviews to draw leadership attention and support.
  • Create a culture of collaboration amongst various functional teams towards actualising the potential of Salesforce SA and achieving sustainable growth and enhanced employee experience through programs like Salesforce Run, Ekyam, South Asia Awards, etc.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of Agentforce and cutting-edge AI technologies within the South Asia business, managing the regional pilot program (customer zero) and documenting/sharing operational best practices with global teams.
  • Establish a unified Salesforce brand in the Startup Ecosystem and create a strong community of startups.


Requirement (The Candidate):

  • 15+ years’ of experience as a proven PMO leader in an MNC organization
  • Highly capable in partnering with and influencing leaders and businesses
  • Strong people leader that understands the pulse at the SA site and collaborates with partners to deliver outcomes
  • Can effectively straddle cultural and other barriers
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across functional teams to understand their respective challenges & priorities.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources
