Pattern is currently seeking a results-driven Director of Strategy. The Director of Strategy will serve as an execution partner and support to the Chief Growth Officer & Chief of Staff, operationalizing strategic direction and executing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that advance Pattern’s long-term growth objectives. This role blends strategy execution, organizational transformation, M&A assessment and integration support, and program/project leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

This individual will be responsible for transforming strategic direction into structured plans, managing complex workstreams, and ensuring momentum across critical initiatives such as acquisitions and integrations, annual planning(OKRs), and enterprise-wide growth initiatives and programs. This is a player-coach individual contributor role that requires strong collaboration with functional leaders and the broader Pattern team across Product, Finance, Operations (Commercial & Logistics), Technology, and Marketing.

This full-time role is based in Lehi, UT, with a flexible hybrid schedule.
