Your Impact

The Director, Product Management at DISCO is responsible for driving the overall product strategy and product execution for their product. They lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and market-leading products. They use customer needs, industry trends, and business goals to shape the product roadmap and drive the success of our products in the market. They will own their product’s outcomes, understand their customers and market deeply, provide strategic clarity to your teams and others, and deliver on top priorities. 

What You'll Do

• You’ll be a great product leader for  preservation and collection capabilities, building that technology that allows legal teams to seamlessly identify and collect potentially relevant ESI from enterprise data sources to DISCO.
• You’ll be a great people leader for your global team, developing and coaching your team for success. 
• You’ll partner with leaders in engineering and design to prioritize, design, and deliver top priorities within your scope. 
• You’ll partner across DISCO to launch and create success for your products. 

Who You Are

• 10+ years of product management experience with software products, including managing product managers.
• You have deep experience building enterprise software (B2B) in complex domains and uses a deep understanding of enterprise GTM and customers into product and business outcomes
• You’ve built high performing, global product teams and organizations
• You’ve successfully implemented product discovery frameworks at scale (continuous discovery, jobs to be done, design thinking, working backwards, etc.)
