As the Director of Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for leading all facets of the sales process, including new business development, achievement of revenue and gross profit targets, and active participation in the creation and execution of strategic growth plans for assigned regions.
In this role, you will mentor and support Account Managers by conducting regular performance meetings, providing targeted and constructive feedback, and offering coaching on essential sales techniques such as prospecting, marketing, and presentations. You will also ensure Account Managers have well-defined pre-sales processes in place, including effective call planning and preparation, and provide ongoing education through strategy sessions and regular meetings.
