The Opportunity
Provide leadership and direction in Admissions Operations, processing, data management, reporting and research toward meeting annual and long-term strategic enrollment goals. Responsible for coordination and completion of all Admissions Operations processes. The Admissions Operations Director is ultimately responsible for oversight and management of all contact leads from prospective student inquiry through the Admission process to matriculation and enrollment of new students at the Prescott campus.
Maintain the integrity of admissions data and communication management within the Campus Solutions student information system, the TargetX Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system, including the online application, and the Oracle Imaging and Imaging Workflow systems.
These functions are achieved through effective management and direction of the Admissions Operations personnel, including six full-time staff; three Admissions Specialists, an Admissions Data System Technician, two Imaging Analysts and a staff of part-time clerical student employees.
The Admissions Operations Director works closely with constituents in many departments within the University at all three campuses on systems and processes coordination, consistency, updates, and issues, including, but not limited to Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Information Technology and College Academic Advisors.
