About the role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of National Supply Chain to join our claims team. In this role, you will drive business objectives, oversee a reliable and efficient supply chain network, and lead strategic initiatives within the claims organization. The position focuses on collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence in supply chain management.

What you'll do here:
Analyze, recommend, and implement strategic projects to optimize supply chain management.
Ensure optimal performance of quantitative and qualitative indicators related to the operational performance of suppliers.
Analyze and implement all aspects and stages of digital compensation development.
Lead or contribute to national projects to meet quality, schedule and cost objectives while ensuring that projects meet the company's high customer service standards and objectives.
Participate in the operations and deployment of projects and collaborative policies by planning, directing, and controlling the various operational phases.
Ensure constant and professional communication with the various business partners to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration.
Responsible for negotiating contracts with strategic suppliers.
Drive initiatives towards achieving Net Zero and promote sustainability within the supply chain.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Actuarial Science is required.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Property & Casualty insurance is needed.
At least 8 years of experience managing and leading a national team is required.
Willingness to travel nationally is required.
Strong ability to create presentations and present to all levels including executive leadership
Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and guide execution with strong project and change management skills.
Relationship Building: Excellent skills in building relationships based on trust and collaboration, effectively influencing diverse groups.
Commitment to Sustainability: Knowledgeable about sustainable practices with a focus on continuous improvement.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
