· Champion cross-functional value stream programs that deliver operational efficiencies, freeing up resources for brand investment and value creation.
· Act as a visible, influential leader with internal partners (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning) and external stakeholders (agencies, retail partners), ensuring alignment and high-impact delivery.
· Leverage consumer insights and market analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
· Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, consumer advocacy and coffee passion.
Success Profile:
· Demonstrated ability to lead both as a coach and a contributor – comfortable shifting between hands-on management of critical details and high-level strategic leadership.
· Proven track record of P&L management and business leadership within CPG or related industries.

· Strong analytical acumen; data-driven decision maker who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
