What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the global Logistics Order Management and Import/Export team to achieve strategic goals

  • Oversee the full order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality at each stage

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Production, Warehousing, and Product Management to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Manage import/export operations in compliance with international trade regulations

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for order-related issues and customer concerns

  • Ensure accurate preparation of import/export documentation and adherence to compliance standards

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize order management processes and support business growth

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration

  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems to improve order management processes

What We Look For

  • Commitment to working full-time on-site at our Bristol, PA office, during standard business hours

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Certification in supply chain management or a related field is a plus

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain management, order management, or related roles, with at least 7 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity

  • Proven advanced expertise in order processing systems, inventory management, and ERP platforms (JDE, SAP, Navison, Oracle EBS)

  • Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a track record of driving high performance across global teams

  • Excellent professional presence with the ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate with senior leadership and clients

  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize leadership skills and tactics to achieve strategic goals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution within a global context

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in order management
