Accountabilities

  • Value Realization & Impact Analysis: Develop and lead the value realization process for all EUCAN IT and digital initiatives, ensuring robust impact analysis and clear demonstration of business benefits across the EUCAN region. Proactively identify and communicate the tangible outcomes of technology investments, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Tech Metrics & Insights: Develop and implement advanced metrics frameworks to provide deeper, more granular insights into program and tech performance. Champion data-driven decision-making by increasing the depth and intimacy of metrics across all programs, enabling proactive identification of opportunities and risks.

  • Global Collaboration & Local Landing: Drive deeper collaboration between global and regional teams, acting as the key orchestrator for the integration and localization of global initiatives. Ensure seamless coordination and successful landing of these programs in local markets, maximizing their impact within the EUCAN region.

  • Tech Planning: Provide leadership and support for financial planning driving continuous improvement, simplification, and standardization.

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the EUCAN IT liaison with the Canada MC supporting the market and other EUCAN business partners with effective landing of region and global IT programs.

  • Leadership & Influence: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing business strategy and direction with a focus on AI-driven solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Significant or proven experience as an IT Business Partner

  • Progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

  • Familiarity with hands-on application of Viva CRM

  • Direct engagement with projects involving AI

  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and facilitate strategic alignment through technological insights.

  • Strong expertise in value tracking, project management, stakeholder management, financial planning

  • Demonstrated success in leading innovation-driven solutions

  • Experience in crafting and mobilizing high-value business cases

  • Exceptional influencing, networking, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of delivering results through diverse teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
