We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead synergy planning and execution within the M&A integration team. This role is pivotal in ensuring Digital Technology (DT) synergies are identified, quantified, and realized in line with annual and quarterly financial targets. The Program Manager will serve as a trusted partner to functional and workstream leaders during due diligence and integration, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
As a Director - Integration Synergies you will be responsible for:
- Develop, own, and maintain the DT synergy plan, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide synergy targets.
- Track and report progress against quarterly and annual synergy commitments.
- Partner with finance to validate savings and ensure accurate reporting against integration targets.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and workstream owners during diligence to identify cost, process, and technology synergy opportunities.
- Assess feasibility, risks, and dependencies of proposed synergy initiatives.
- Build business cases and quantify financial and operational impact.
- Translate identified opportunities into actionable workplans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines.
- Drive execution governance across workstreams, escalating risks and removing roadblocks.
- Partner with Transformation and Finance teams to ensure synergies are captured sustainably.
- Act as a single point of contact for synergy management across Digital Technology.
- Build strong partnerships with each workstream leader to ensure accountability and alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain agility while balancing enterprise and business unit needs.
- Establish regular cadence for reporting synergy progress to executive leadership.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and integration scorecards for transparent communication.
- Support leadership in decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management, integration management, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience in M&A integration with focus on synergy capture and financial target achievement.
- Strong understanding of digital technology landscape and its role in driving business synergies.
- Financial acumen with the ability to model, track, and validate synergy savings.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving, risk management, and communication abilities.
- Experience with integration management office (IMO) tools, governance frameworks, and synergy tracking systems.

- Timely delivery of synergy initiatives across workstreams.
- Positive feedback from functional leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Transparent and accurate reporting of synergy realization.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with Baker Hughes systems and supplier ecosystem.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
