Department: Global Supply Chain Operations
Global Supply Chain Operations is responsible for the development and execution of fulfillment strategies throughout the product lifecycle, from procuring raw materials to delivering finished goods to customers. It involves material management, capacity planning, logistics, distribution, and inventory management with goals of guaranteeing material supply and satisfactory service level, while optimizing value in a global hyper-growth company.
Position Overview:
The Global Director, SAP Business Process – Supply Chain is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all SAP S/4HANA business processes related to supply chain, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory-to-Delivery (ITD), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Production Planning (PP). This role ensures seamless integration, standardization, and optimization of supply chain processes across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers, driving operational excellence and scalability in a dynamic, regulated environment.
This individual will lead a team of global process owners, champion SAP process harmonization, and implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth and complexity. The Global Director will be instrumental in shaping the SAP supply chain strategy, balancing cost, service, and agility.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Process Architecture
• Own and evolve the global SAP S/4HANA blueprint for supply chain processes.
• Lead standardization and harmonization of SAP processes across all global sites and regions.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize SAP-enabled supply chain operations, ensuring compliance and scalability.
• Oversee integration of new sites, acquisitions, and product lines into the global SAP landscape.
Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor 3–4 Global Process Owners (Senior Manager level), fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive effective collaboration across Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations and IT teams.
• Champion change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and compliance with global standards.
Operational Excellence
• Monitor and optimize SAP process performance using KPIs and analytics.
• Govern SAP process changes, enhancements, and new implementations through structured change management frameworks.
• Support integration of SAP with MES, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
Business & Technical Interface
• Act as the primary liaison between business and IT, translating operational needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP technical leads (developers, architects) to ensure system design supports business process excellence.
Continuous Improvement
• Stay current on SAP S/4HANA innovations and industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
• 12+ years of supply chain operations experience with a global manufacturing organization, including significant experience in SAP (preferably S/4HANA).
• Proven track record of leading ERP implementations and/or transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline a strong plus.
• SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, PP, MM) preferred.
• Knowledge of leading operations and supply practices such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Preferred location is close to the office in Acton, MA

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is 161,550.00 - 269,250.00 USD Annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
